Eligibility for Refunds

We accept refund requests for items that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or not as described. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

• Items that have been washed, altered, or worn (except for trying on).
• Items without original tags or packaging.
• Items purchased during clearance or final sale events.
• Gift cards or promotional items.

How to Request a Refund

Return Shipping

For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. For other eligible returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Exchanges
